Photos and identity of the three Opoku Ware SHS student arrested for robbery have surfaced

Identities and photos of the three SHS students of Opoku Ware School arrested for robbery have surfaced on the internet.

The three boys, all in the final year attempted to rob a Taxi Driver of his car in Kumasi on Friday.

They are Akwasi Adu Donkor, 17 years of age, Raphael Owusu Appiah, also 17 and 19-year-old Asubonteng Osei Kwadwo.

These students boarded a Taxi around 11pm from Santasi, the location of the school and told the driver they will alight around Golden Tulip.

When they got close to Vienna City, one of them pulled out a knife and asked the Taxi driver to surrender the car.

The Driver struggled with them and got injured forcing the car to crash into a heap of sand.

This caught the attention of some people close to Vienna City to get close to rescue them thinking it was a normal accident.

Fortunately the driver was smart enough to alert the people that the boys were trying to rob him.

Two were arrested by the people and the other one who fled the scene was arrested by the police at a later date
